Our world is a much smaller place. We used to have to travel far and wide to encounter people of different backgrounds, beliefs and behaviours.

Today we just have to look around us, and we see a diverse society, where our Equality Policies have encouraged us to see everyone as Equal.

Diversity encourages us to see everyone as different, to respect those differences, and find ways to satisfy people’s needs and requirements.
