Management Training

Managers must be leaders. But Management and leadership are two different things. We have developed a programme which takes the essential elements of team-working, delivers these in a focused manner to existing managers, draws out and develops skills, and culminates in a “How-To” manual of effective team building, management and leadership

How does it work?
When we contract to deliver the programme, we undertake an evaluation of the organisation and its current expertise and level of integration. We then deliver one-day courses, at ideally 4 week intervals, consisting of modules. These modules are tailored, but include:

The four functions of managers
The four resources to be managed
Managing Change
Managing Conflict
Team-building as a manager
Managing communication
Managing creativity
Team building as a Leader.

We deliver this programme to organisations ranging from established commercial operations to Management Committees of Voluntary Organisations.
